Refund Policy

The short version: 14 days, no questions, full refund. Email us and it's done.
How it works
If Write On isn't for you, email support@write-on.app from the address you used at checkout (or include your receipt) within 14 days of purchase. You'll get a full refund to your original payment method — no forms, no exit interview, no "are you sure".
Refunds are processed through Stripe, usually within a business day on our side; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
What happens to your license
After a refund your license key is invalidated and should no longer be used. Delete the app whenever you like — since everything ran on your Mac, there's no account to close and nothing of yours left behind on our side.
After 14 days
Past the window we generally don't refund, but if something is genuinely broken for you, email us anyway — if we can't make the app work on a supported Mac, we'd rather refund you than keep money for software you can't use.
Requirements reminder
Write On needs Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) and macOS 14+. If you bought it for an unsupported Mac, that's a guaranteed refund — just tell us.
